Billie Dlamini - Independent Trustee (Chairman)

Mr. Billie Dlamini is an independent Trustee of the Fairlife Beneficiary Fund, who has until recently been in the employ of Eswatini National Provident Fund in the capacity of Compliance Manager.

Mr. Dlamini holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of South Africa and a Diploma in Data Processing and Programming from the International School of Computers.

He has held Chairmanship positions with Eswatini National Provident Fund Staff Pension Scheme and Lukhotse Savings & Credit Cooperative. Other competencies include: Consultation, Facilitation, Presentation, Negotiation, Researching, Problem Solving and Conflict Management among many.


Modicai Donga - Independent Trustee

Mr. Modicai Donga is an independent trustee of the Fairlife Beneficiary Fund. He is an admitted attorney of the high courts of Eswatini and of Zimbabwe and is a Partner at S.V. Mdladla & Associates, a law firm well established in the Kingdom of Eswatini.

Mr. Donga holds a Master of Laws Degree, an LLB Degree, and a PG Certificate in Operations Management from Stellenbosch University.


Simanga Mdluli - Independent Trustee

Mr Simanga Mdluli is an independent trustee of the Fairlife Beneficiary Fund, currently employed by Aluwani Capital Partners in the capacity of Business Development Manager.

He holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management, USA and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas, USA. He also holds a Certificate in Investment Management Administration and Client Servicing by ASISA in partnership with the University of Cape Town.

He has previously worked for Financial Services Regulatroy as a Financial Analyst.

Zwelisha Mabuza - Sponsor Appointed Trustee

Mr Zwelisha Mabuza holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from The University of Swaziland (PGCE), a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the National University of Lesotho, a qualification in the Programme in Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management with the University of South Africa. He also holds the Senior Management Development Program (SMDP) with the University of Stellenbosch.

He has extensive experience in Retirement Funds management as well as a regulatory understanding.


Arthur Ngcobo - Sponsor Representative

Mr Arthur Ngcobo represents the sponsor in the Board of Trustees of the Fairlife Beneficiary Fund in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company responsible for the establishment of the Fund; his credentials have already been covered under the Company Board.
