Zwelisha Mabuza - Independent Trustee (Chairman)

Zwelisha is an independent Trustee of the Fairlife Beneficiary Fund; he is employed by The University of Eswatini Pension Fund as Principal Officer.

Zweli holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from The University of Swaziland (PGCE), a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the National University of Lesotho and he is currently pursuing a Programme in Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management with the University of South Africa.

He has previously worked as a Financial Analyst for the office of The Registrar of Insurance and Retirement Funds.

Modicai Donga - Sponsor Appointed Trustee

Modicai Donga is a sponsor appointed trustee of the Fairlife Beneficiary Fund, he is currently employed by S.V. Mdladla & Associates as a Project Manager/Legal Advisor.

Modicai is an admitted attorney of the High Court of Eswatini and Zimbabwe. He holds a Master of Laws Degree from the University of London, an LLB Degree from UNISA, a Post Graduate Diploma in Competition Law from the University of London, a Certificate in Forensic Investigation Professionals from the International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals and an Advanced Diploma in Security and Risk Management from Southern African Institute of Security and Risk Management in Zimbabwe.

He has previously worked for Eswatini Competition Commission as a Chief Investigations and Litigation Officer and Legal Advisor; Mr Donga has also done part time lecturing in Zimbabwe.

Simanga Mdluli - Independent Trustee

Simanga is an independent trustee of the Fairlife Beneficiary Fund, currently employed by Aluwani Capital Partners in the capacity of Business Development Manager.

Simanga holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management, USA and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas, USA. He also holds a Certificate in Investment Management Administration and Client Servicing by ASISA in partnership with the University of Cape Town.

He has previously worked for Financial Services Regulatroy as a Financial Analyst.

Billie Dlamini - Independent Trustee

Billie is an independent Trustee of the Fairlife Beneficiary Fund, who has until recently been in the employ of Eswatini National Provident Fund in the capacity of Compliance Manager.

Mr. Dlamini holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of South Africa and a Diploma in Data Processing and Programming from the International School of Computers.

Billie has held Chairmanship positions with Eswatini National Provident Fund Staff Pension Scheme and Lukhotse Savings & Credit Cooperative. Other competencies include: Consultation, Facilitation, Presentation, Negotiation, Researching, Problem Solving and Conflict Management among many.

Arthur Ngcobo - Sponsor Representative

He represents the sponsor in the Board of Trustees of the Fairlife Beneficiary Fund in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company responsible for the establishment of the Fund; his credentials have already been covered under the Company Board.
