Fairlife Benefit Services Swaziland (Pty) Ltd was registered as a company in Swaziland in October 2011 to address the need to manage Beneficiary Funds following issuance of Circular No.2/2007 by the Registrar of Insurance and Retirements Fund, which changed the long standing practice of remitting Beneficiary Funds to the office of Master of the High Court.

Beneficiary Fund Services

The Company has sponsored the establishment of a Beneficiary Fund through which it provides beneficiary administration services.

Investigation & Tracing

This service is provided mainly to Retirement Funds in respect of deceased members but has been extended to other Financial Service Providers.

Trustee Training

Independent Trustee Training to the industry on all aspects related to retirement fund management, including legislative requirements and all aspects of the regulatory framework.

Third-Party Admin Services

We have the ability to handle various types of administrative responsibilities , on a fee-for-services basis, for organizations involved in cash flow programs.
